Alliason LLC ("Alliason," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit alliason.com (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us.


By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

  • Submit a contact form, request a discovery call, or complete a Free Health Check

  • Subscribe to communications or download a resource

No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us.

a. United States Residents

  • Request a copy of your personal information in a portable format

  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information

  • Request deletion of your personal information

  • Appeal a denial of any of the above requests

  • Be free from discrimination for exercising these rights
     

These rights apply to residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Iowa, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia, among other states with active privacy laws. The specific rights and exceptions vary by state.

To submit a request, email us at privacy@alliason.com. We will verify your identity before responding and will reply within the timeframe required by your state's law. You may authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

California "Shine the Light": California residents may request information about the personal information we have shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the prior calendar year.

California Notice of Financial Incentive: Alliason does not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.

b. European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and equivalent laws:

  • Right of access to your personal data

  • Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data

  • Right to erasure (the "right to be forgotten")

  • Right to restrict processing

  • Right to data portability

  • Right to object to processing, including direct marketing

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

  • Right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
     

Lawful bases for processing. We process personal data based on one or more of the following: (i) your consent, (ii) the necessity of performing a contract with you or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, (iii) compliance with a legal obligation, or (iv) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and growing our business, balanced against your rights and freedoms.

International data transfers. Alliason is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those in your country. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for international transfers.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, applications, and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.


13. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is currently no industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, and the Site does not respond to them at this time. You can control tracking through the cookie consent banner on the Site and through your browser and device settings.


14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
