Growth stops feeling like progress when the systems can't keep up.
Growing companies reach a point where the tools that got them here are actively slowing them down. It is rarely one broken system. It is pressure accumulating across every part of how the business operates.
The business keeps moving, but every step forward costs more effort than it should.
That is the point where companies start evaluating Dynamics 365 or Business Central. It is also the point where the wrong partner, or a scope that was never clearly defined, makes everything worse.
Customer data living across too many places with no single reliable record
Finance and operations reconciling information manually after the fact
Reports that require someone to assemble them before every leadership meeting
Approvals and handoffs running through email and spreadsheet
AI tools that are available but cannot help yet because the data and processes are not ready
Go-live is a milestone.
Delivery is something different.
Alliason's finish line is different.
Most Microsoft implementations have a clear finish line: the day the system is technically live. At that point, the project is closed, the final invoice is sent, and the partner moves to the next project. Whether users adopted the system, whether reporting works the way leadership needs it to, whether the processes the business runs on are functioning inside the platform; those questions belong to a future project, a support contract, or no one.
Go-live is one step in the process, not the moment everyone stops paying attention. The system needs to be adopted, trusted, and truly change how work gets done before the engagement has accomplished what it was supposed to. Scoping defines success in business terms before the build begins. Adoption, training, and stabilization are part of the engagement scope from the start. Alliason's measure of a successful delivery is whether the business operates differently, not whether the system is technically running.
This is also why every engagement starts with a written scope document before a price is agreed and delivery begins. The scope defines what "delivered" means for your specific situation.
The person who scopes the work understands how to deliver it. You avoid the gap between what was sold and what gets built.
Architecture decisions are made before they become expensive. Data structure, process design, integration approach, and security model are defined before configuration begins.
Your questions reach someone who can answer them. There is no layer of junior resources between you and the person accountable for the engagement.
Configuration, automation, and reporting are designed around how your business operates, not around product defaults.
What does senior-led delivery mean in practice?
Senior-led means the people making the architecture, scope, and delivery decisions have deep implementation experience and stay on the work through go-live. The decisions that lock in how your system works, the ones that are expensive to undo later, are made by people who have made them before.
The companies that get the most from working with Alliason share a recognizable situation.
Alliason works with growing SMB and mid-market companies in manufacturing, financial services, or professional services, where operations are the business and the systems behind them have to hold up.
The business is outgrowing its current tools, and a Microsoft platform decision is approaching
A Dynamics 365 or Business Central implementation is in progress but behind schedule, over budget, or not delivering what was expected
The system went live, but adoption is low, reporting is still manual, and the investment is not paying off
Finance and operations need to work from shared data, but the current setup does not support it
Leadership is still waiting on manually assembled spreadsheets before every review cycle
A partner is already in place, but an independent senior perspective is needed before more budget is committed
If your situation is not on this list, the first conversation will clarify whether Alliason is a fit. That conversation is free, and what you learn is useful regardless of whether you engage.
The work we do
and what you have when it is finished.
Every service Alliason delivers is defined by the operational outcome it produces, not the tools used to build it.
Implement the core platform
For companies starting fresh or replacing disconnected systems.
After this engagement, your team works from a single configured Microsoft platform built around how the business operates. Customer data, sales workflows, service processes, and financial operations are structured in one system with defined user roles, clean data, and a go-live that your team was trained on. For eligible engagements, this is delivered under our GoLive90™ model.
Includes: Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, Contact Center, and Business Central.
Connect the business
For companies where teams, tools, and workflows need to work together.
After this engagement, the handoffs that currently happen by email or spreadsheet are now handled inside a connected system. Approvals route automatically, intake follows a defined path, and data moves between systems without manual intervention. Departments that previously reconciled information after the fact are working from the same source.
Includes: Power Platform, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, and purpose-built integrations.
Create visibility for leadership
For companies where reporting is still a manual process.
After this engagement, leadership sees operational, financial, and customer data in dashboards that update without anyone assembling them. The spreadsheet rebuilt before every weekly meeting is replaced by a model pulling from a trusted source. KPIs are defined, consistent, and visible to the people who act on them.
Includes: Power BI, operational dashboards, data quality review, and foundational reporting governance.
AI should improve the work, not distract from it
For companies where Copilot and automation are available but not yet useful.
After this engagement, you know which AI and automation use cases will reduce real work and which ones will not. Your data quality, security model, and workflow structure are ready to support Copilot. Automation is connected to approval, routing, and follow-up processes, not running alongside them.
Includes: Copilot readiness assessment, security review, data quality review, practical use case identification, and automation opportunity mapping.
Rescue or stabilize what is already in motion
For companies with a stalled implementation, a partner delivery problem, or a system that is live but not trusted.
After this engagement, you have a clear diagnosis of what went wrong and a documented path forward. Alliason can lead the stabilization, support your team through it, or provide oversight if another partner remains involved.
Includes: project health check, independent risk review, roadmap development, partner oversight, and rebuild or re-scope recommendations.
If your implementation has stalled or your current partner is not delivering, let's start with a conversation.
GoLive90™
From kickoff to live system in 90 days
GoLive90™ is Alliason’s fixed-scope, fixed-price implementation model for qualified companies moving to Business Central Finance or implementing Dynamics 365 Sales for the first time.
Each GoLive90™ engagement is built around a defined first-phase scope, a 90-day delivery commitment, senior-led guidance, data migration support, user training, go-live support, and a defined stabilization period.
If the required scope is broader, Alliason recommends a phased engagement using the same disciplined approach to scope, price, and delivery.
How an engagement moves from
first conversation to an operating system.
Every engagement follows the same sequence regardless of scope or complexity. It is designed so that by the time you decide to move forward, you have a written scope and a fixed price in hand, not a ballpark estimate and a promise to figure out the details later.
1
Understand the business goal
Our first conversation discusses what your team needs to accomplish, and your company goals.
2
Clarify scope and complexity
We map the workflows, data, and decisions. You leave with a written scope, not a verbal estimate.
3
Define the path
A written delivery recommendation tied to your goals, readiness, timeline, and budget.
4
Deliver or guide the work
We lead, support, or oversee the work, at a price fixed before delivery begins.
5
Stabilize and improve
A clear path to better adoption and reporting after go-live, with no second implementation needed.

Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
Implementation
A manufacturer’s sales and marketing teams were working in separate platforms with no shared view of lead activity. Marketing ran outbound campaigns in a system disconnected from Dynamics 365 Sales, leaving sales reps without visibility into what a lead had received or engaged with before outreach. Marketing could not clearly tie campaign activity back to lead and contact activity in CRM, and manual reconciliation still left gaps.
Alliason implemented Customer Insights - Journeys to replace the previous marketing automation platform and connect marketing activity directly to the sales team's client record. Alliason rebuilt the campaign assets needed for launch, aligned lead and contact processes between marketing and Dynamics 365 Sales, and enabled the team to work within a single Microsoft environment at go-live.
Sales reps now have direct visibility into a contact’s marketing history inside Dynamics 365 Sales before and during outreach. Marketing can see how campaign engagement connects to lead and contact activity in the Sales app without manual reconciliation. For the first time, both teams are working from the same platform and the same data when managing lead engagement.

Dynamics 365 Sales
Assessment & Stabilization
A corporate event services company had Dynamics 365 Sales in place but was using it as little more than a record storage system. There was no structured sales process, no outreach cadence, and leadership had no way to see where deals stood at any given point. What made the situation more serious than it appeared was Power Automate flows the business depended on had been failing silently for months, owned by a former vendor's account and broken by a data mapping error no one had detected.
A full environment assessment identified the silent automation failures before any configuration work began. Broken flows were rebuilt under a dedicated service account, and the solution architecture was stabilized as the foundation for everything that followed. From there, Alliason configured a structured sales process with stage-gated qualification criteria built around the client's event scoring logic, outreach sequences for the business development team, pipeline and activity dashboards, and a contact tracking solution that surfaced last contact date and method across all record types. Configuration was completed in approximately 8 weeks.
The team moved from minimal CRM usage to running their daily sales operation inside Dynamics 365. Deal closing times were cut by two-thirds, based on pipeline stage timing tracked in the 90 days following go-live. Leadership had pipeline visibility for the first time. And the automations that had been failing silently were corrected and running reliably before the system went live; a problem the client did not know existed until Alliason found it.

Dynamics 365 Customer Service
Assessment & Project Rescue
A regional healthcare services organization engaged Alliason for a second opinion after a failing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementation. The prior partner had built a disconnected system that did not reflect how claims moved through the business. Delivery had become unmanageable, with six people on billable calls, missed deliverables, and no documented requirements or defined scope to guide the work. The client needed to recover the investment already made and turn the platform into a system the business could actually use.
Alliason conducted a 40-hour assessment to identify what should be preserved, what needed to change, and how to redirect the project without starting over. The client received a documented backlog, defined requirements, and a Dynamics 365 Customer Service application rebuilt around the actual claims workflow rather than a disconnected set of entities and screens. Documentation, training, and knowledge transfer were built into the engagement so the system could be handed off cleanly as leadership changed.
Based on the prior partner’s six-resource billing model, projected across the time remaining to go-live plus the estimated time required to resolve the issues left unaddressed, the client avoided an estimated $850,000 in additional fees by changing course. The business moved from a disconnected implementation with no guiding backlog to a documented claims workflow that could be used, supported, and trained against internally. When new technology leadership came on board mid-engagement, they inherited a system that was documented and transferable, allowing the work to continue without a restart or another rebuild.
