It starts with a conversation.

Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute conversation about what you're trying to do and how to get there. It's also where you find out whether Alliason is the right fit. If it is, a written scope and a fixed price follow, once there's enough to put on paper.

Start the Conversation

This is not a sales call.

What gets covered:

  • Where your current system is breaking down and what that is actually costing the business

  • Which workflows, data structures, and integrations affect what gets built and what it costs

  • Whether GoLive90™, Alliason's 90-day delivery model, fits your situation, or whether a phased approach is the right structure

  • What a realistic implementation timeline looks like given your team's readiness and decision-making pace

  • What the written scope will define, and what happens after you receive it

The first call is a working conversation about your situation. It surfaces what you're dealing with and whether Alliason is the right fit to solve it. If it is, the person who would lead the engagement joins as the conversation goes further.

Alliason's engagement model is not for everyone.

Alliason works with growing SMB and mid-market companies in manufacturing, financial services, or professional services, where operations are the business and the systems behind them have to hold up.

The clearest signal that this conversation will be useful:

Strong fit if:

✔  You want experienced Dynamics 365 or Business Central guidance shaped to your business

✔  You want a defined scope and a fixed price before work begins

✔  A previous implementation stalled, went over budget, or went live but never delivered, and you want an honest assessment before you invest more

✔  Your company is implementing Microsoft business applications for the first time and needs architecture decisions made by someone who has done it before

✔  You want one engagement lead accountable from the first conversation through go-live and what comes after

Probably not a fit if:

You are evaluating on lowest cost alone

You need a large offshore delivery team or staff augmentation without architecture ownership

Your team is not in a position to make decisions during the scoping process

You want to start building before scope and success criteria are clearly defined

If your situation does not fit neatly into either column, the conversation exists to answer that. If Alliason is not the right match, you will know by the end of it and leave with a clearer picture of what you need from whoever you work with.

What you get out of
the free call.

This is a big decision, and it goes wrong more than it goes right. Maybe a past implementation already proved that to you. Maybe this is your first, and you already know how much is riding on it. Either way, you're trying to figure out who to trust with it.

The call meets you there. Thirty minutes with someone who has seen the problem you're describing and will tell you plainly what's behind it and whether Alliason is the firm to fix it. You walk through what's breaking and what you need it to do instead.
You leave with a clearer read on your own situation than you came in with, and an honest answer on fit. Nothing to decide on the spot.

What clients say about working with Alliason.

"I'm feeling confident. I really like what Alliason has done. I have no anxiety at all in the system delivering results, which is rare for me."

Karl B., President & Founder, Sales Consulting Firm

"You don't need to be the expert. You will have somebody you can have a conversation with to figure out the right way to get something done."

Alan M., VP, Technology, Highlight Health

"Walking in mid-project, I did a full assessment of our tech stack, and what stood out was the discipline. They documented everything, went back to the original statement of work, and made sure every commitment was covered."

Sam K., CTO, Highlight Health

"From leading our CRM reimplementation to expanding into Customer Insights, they've consistently delivered high-quality results with professionalism, transparency, and a deep understanding of our business."

Andrew H., Applications Manager, Manufacturing Company

Thirty minutes is enough to understand what you need and figure out whether Alliason is the right firm to build it.

A good implementation starts with a defined scope. If Alliason is the right fit, a written scope and a fixed price follow the conversation. If it is not, you leave with a clearer picture of what you need from whoever you work with.
