Business Central Confidence Roadmap
Run your business with clearer numbers and less manual effort.
See how Business Central could help you control costs and cut manual tasks. Get written recommendations and a realistic investment estimate before you commit, so you can address costly gaps early.
Starting at $9,500.
We agree on the fixed fee with you before we begin. Timing depends on your people and the information we need being available.
Know which improvements to fund first.
See what implementation and ongoing use could cost.
Help avoid expensive changes later.
Put your implementation budget toward the right improvements.
Missing requirements are easier to address before you’ve paid to build the system. Your Roadmap helps you check three things before committing a larger budget.
Before you commit | What your Roadmap helps you address |
|---|---|
Will the investment address the original problem? | Unclear goals that could leave you with new software and the same business problems. |
Have you covered what your team needs to do? | Missing functions, reports or connections that could mean paying to redo work later. |
Can Business Central support your business? | Gaps that could lead to unexpected workarounds, custom changes or another system. |
You can then question a proposal while there’s still time to change the plan.
Spend less time checking numbers and more time acting on them.
When information sits in spreadsheets and separate systems, everyday decisions take longer. You may need to:
-
Track cash and costs without rebuilding spreadsheets.
-
See where profit is being made across products, projects or services.
-
Get timely financial reports and clear approval records.
-
Reduce repeated data entry and delays between departments.
Your Roadmap identifies what Business Central would need to support and where gaps could get in the way.
See what your Roadmap will put in your hands.
Your investment needs to improve how the business runs. See how a sample Executive Decision Brief connects those improvements with recommended changes, likely costs and the case for investing.
Book a Roadmap Fit Call and we’ll send you the sample before we meet.
The sample shows:
-
Which business improvements to fund first and why.
-
An implementation investment estimate, ongoing costs and your team’s effort.
-
The assumptions, gaps and tradeoffs leadership needs to consider.
The example uses a fictional business. It illustrates what you receive and isn’t a customer result or a quote for your company.
Free, 30 minutes. No commitment to buy. Your booking confirmation includes the sample.
Start with what your business needs to do better.
Your team still has a business to run.
Tell us which decisions get delayed, which tasks get repeated and what’s hard to track. Bring any reports, plans or proposals you already have. You don’t need a finished requirements document.
We speak with the people who know your finances, daily operations and systems, along with the leader responsible for the investment.
We usually need one meeting with each participant, plus brief follow-ups. If more discussion is needed, we allow no more than eight hours per person across the Roadmap.
Focused Roadmaps typically take 2–3 weeks. Timing depends on the scope and when your team and information are available. We agree on the schedule before you commit.
Your advisors each have at least 10 years of experience implementing finance and operations systems. Our team’s experience includes Business Central and Dynamics NAV across finance, purchasing, inventory and warehousing.
That includes defining requirements, setting up systems, testing and training users. We bring that experience to the choices that could affect your costs and results.
Before delivery, a second senior consultant checks the evidence and whether the recommendations address your business needs.
Focus your investment on the improvements that matter most.
Your Executive Decision Brief puts our findings and recommendations in writing. Use it with your leaders and chosen implementation provider to decide what to fund and what needs an answer first.
Your business decision | What you receive |
|---|---|
What should we improve first? | Recommended priorities, why they matter and what to do next. |
Can Business Central do what we need? | Your key requirements, where Business Central fits and the gaps to address. |
What is working? | The processes, information and systems that already support your business, and how they fit into the recommended approach. |
What information needs to move or connect? | The data and system connections needed to keep work moving between teams. |
What should we budget for implementation? | An Implementation Investment Estimate with a realistic range, major costs, assumptions and exclusions. |
What will ongoing use require? | Expected licensing, support and other recurring costs where reasonably known, plus the time your team needs to contribute. |
Are the benefits worth the investment? | An Executive Investment Business Case comparing expected improvements with costs, internal effort and risk. |
How will we know things are better? | Measures tied to your goals, such as time spent preparing reports, billing delays or how soon you can see costs and profit. |
Your estimate covers setup, data migration, integrations, extra applications or custom changes, reporting, testing, training and deployment. It also explains what could raise or lower the cost, including where a simpler approach could still meet your goals.
Your two-hour Executive Findings Call gives you time to question the advice. Ask what drives a cost, why a change matters or what would happen if you chose a different approach.
You own the Brief and decide what happens next.
Make a focused investment before committing a larger budget.
Business Central Confidence Roadmap: starting at $9,500.
A focused Roadmap helps you make one main Business Central investment decision. It usually covers finance and one or two connected areas, such as purchasing, inventory or project delivery.
We typically review two or three important business processes, one main accounting system and a few supporting applications. This scope suits a business with one main way of operating and manageable data and reporting needs.
For example, a professional-services company might need to replace QuickBooks, track project profit and connect financial information with its CRM and time-recording application. This is an illustrative example of a focused decision.
The fee follows the complexity of the decision, rather than your headcount. Manufacturing, different operating models, difficult data or several system connections can require a broader Roadmap.
Your fixed fee includes the Executive Decision Brief, financial estimates and business case, senior review and two-hour Executive Findings Call.
We agree on the scope, timing and fixed fee before we begin. Additional work requires your written agreement.
Payment is split into two parts:
-
60% when you sign, due on receipt and before work begins. For a $9,500 Roadmap, that is $5,700.
-
40% after delivery of the Brief and Executive Findings Call, due on receipt. For a $9,500 Roadmap, that is $3,800.
Implementation requires a separate agreement and quote. You own the deliverables and choose who carries out the changes.
Free, 30 minutes. Discuss your decision and the scope you may need before you buy.
If we miss an agreed item or get an important fact wrong, we’ll fix it.
If you find a serious factual error or an agreed item is missing, tell us in writing within 30 calendar days of final delivery. Once final payment is complete, we’ll explain the finding or correct the issue at no extra charge.
If we can’t correct it, we’ll refund the affected portion of the fee. If the entire deliverable is unusable for its agreed purpose, we’ll refund the full fee.
We’ll acknowledge your concern within two business days and agree on a correction plan and completion date within five business days.
New information or changed requirements need a separate scope. Disagreeing with a recommendation supported by the evidence does not, by itself, qualify for a refund. Your agreement contains the full terms.
