Dynamics 365 Sales Confidence Roadmap
Before you commit to Dynamics 365 Sales, feel confident it's the right fit.
You need to know which sales opportunities need attention and what sales you can reasonably expect. When the answers are scattered across emails, notes and conversations, follow-up can come too late. You’re left planning with only part of the picture.
In 2–3 weeks, your Roadmap shows how Dynamics 365 Sales can help your team stay on top of opportunities and give leaders a clearer view of sales ahead. Your Executive Decision Brief explains which improvements matter most and what to measure after implementation. Your tailored demo shows what those improvements would look like through a day in the life of a salesperson, sales leader and executive.
Starting at $9,500.
We agree on the fixed fee with you before we begin. Timing depends on your people and the information we need being available.
See how Dynamics 365 Sales would support your team’s everyday sales activities.
Understand which improvements matter most and what is already working for you.
Know what to measure afterward and which unanswered questions could change implementation cost or timing.
See how Sales can support the way you sell.
Your salespeople need customer details to pick up a conversation without asking someone else what happened. Your sales leaders need to spot opportunities that need attention. You need a view of expected sales you can use when planning ahead.
Those needs guide the Roadmap. We examine where information is missing or hard to find and what Dynamics 365 Sales would need to support. You don’t need a formal sales process to begin.
Know what to improve and what to do next.
Your Executive Decision Brief explains the sales problems we identify, the improvements we recommend and the evidence behind them. It also sets out what to measure after implementation, so you can check whether those improvements helped.
Use it with your team and implementation provider to agree on what needs to improve and keep those priorities in view as you move forward.

Which problems should Dynamics 365 Sales address? | The improvements we recommend based on the needs we examine, plus any needs Dynamics 365 Sales can’t meet. |
How would our team use it? | A tailored demo built around key findings in your Brief, showing a day in the life of a salesperson, sales leader and executive. |
What is already working for us? | What is already working for you and where changes would help. |
What information would Dynamics 365 Sales need? | The customer and sales information it would need, and any connections to your other systems. |
How will we know the improvements helped? | Guidance on what to measure after implementation, so you can check whether the improvements identified in your Brief are helping your team. |
What could change cost or timing? | Our guidance on likely costs and the unanswered questions that could change them or delay delivery. |
In your two-hour Executive Findings Call, we’ll explain the findings and answer your questions. Ask why we recommend an improvement, what an unanswered question could affect or how to check the results afterward. You and your leaders decide what happens next.
See Dynamics 365 Sales through your team's day.
We build your tailored demo around key findings in your Executive Decision Brief. Follow a day in the life of a salesperson, sales leader and executive to see how Dynamics 365 Sales would support what they need to do in your company.
We explain how each part of the demo relates to the improvements in your Brief. You can ask us to show how a recommendation addresses a particular need and discuss anything that’s still unclear.

Start with what your team needs to do each day.
We speak with the team members who manage customers, pursue opportunities and lead sales. They explain what they need to know, where information is difficult to find and what gets in the way of following up.
We compare those needs with what Dynamics 365 Sales can support, including information it would need from other systems. Our findings guide the recommendations in your Brief and the key areas we demonstrate.
Together, we agree on the questions your Roadmap needs to answer. These can include:
-
What your team needs to know about customers and how they keep it up to date.
-
How your team tracks possible sales and remembers who needs a follow-up.
-
What your leaders need to see to make decisions.
-
Which systems need to share information with Dynamics 365 Sales.
-
Which unanswered questions could change the cost or timing.
Your Roadmap is delivered by Alliason advisors who each have at least 10 years of experience implementing business systems. Our team has implemented and improved Dynamics 365 Sales, connected it with other applications and helped companies recover when implementations fall short.
We bring that experience to the questions you need answered before committing: how Dynamics 365 Sales would support your team, what information it needs and which connections to other systems could affect cost or timing.
Your sales team still has a sales job to do.
We usually gather the information we need in a one-hour meeting with each participant, with brief follow-ups as needed. We allow no more than eight hours per participant across the whole Roadmap when more discussion is needed.
We’ll need access to the team members who understand how you sell and the information needed to examine it.
Before we begin, we’ll agree with you on who needs to take part, what information we need and the fixed fee. The 2–3 week timing depends on when those team members and that information are available.
Highlight Health needed to know what was worth keeping before committing more budget.
Highlight Health's Dynamics 365 rollout had stalled. We reviewed what had been built and identified what was worth keeping and what needed to change.
Those findings guided the recovery. We wrote down what the application needed to do, then rebuilt it around Highlight Health's claims process. We kept the parts that could still be used.
“With Alliason, there was dialogue, problem-solving, and a real working relationship.”
Alan M., Vice President of IT, Highlight Health
